Aluminum Alloy Mold Tables
Advantages: Lightweight and flexible, easy to move; good corrosion resistance, suitable for humid environments or occasions requiring frequent movement.
Disadvantages: Slightly weaker load-bearing capacity than steel; price is usually 20%-30% higher than steel products.
Steel Mold Tables
Advantages: High strength, strong load-bearing capacity, suitable for heavier objects or environments requiring heavy pressure; relatively inexpensive, high cost-performance ratio.
Disadvantages: Heavier, inconvenient to move; prone to rust in humid environments, requiring regular maintenance.
How to Choose?

Choose Steel: If your budget is limited and the mold table needs to be placed in a dry environment with high load-bearing requirements (such as fixed workstations or heavy-duty workshops).
Choose Aluminum Alloy: If the mold table needs to be moved frequently, or used in a humid environment (such as outdoors or rainy areas), and you are sensitive to weight. In summary: When sturdiness, high load-bearing capacity, and a limited budget are required, steel is more suitable; when lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and easy to move are needed, aluminum alloy is a better choice.
